✅ You must:

• Build on Abstract (the chain that makes culture tradable)

• Integrate both NOOT IP & Abstract IP (think penguins, XP, vibes)

• Launch a fully playable game (not just a pretty splash page)

• Vibe Code – it's okay if it's a little janky, as long as it's fun

• Bonus Points: Give $NOOT a use case inside your game (e.g., power-ups, skin unlocks, meme energy boosters — go wild)
